Thanks for the article, Beth, I have read of similiar studies. I also agree that walking is the best medicine for so many things. Just to get outside, to move our bodies, and take in our surroundings, the way it makes me feel has to be good for me :) I feel like a slug if I don't :?

Oh dear, just read this over and you know there are so many other things that make me feel so good too, that ARE NOT good for me, maybe I should just rephrase all of this, not going to :roll: :lol: :lol:
