Well now that things are getting to the norm here, thought I'd check in and post a photo or 2 and let you know we are all doing fine...Just working our butts off....  The troops here are all returning from deployment and quite a few have again discovered Rving and tenting....so the 19 RV sites we have are half filled with Active Duty folks all the time with the Military retired taking the rest...and families with tents are coming out on weekends for quality time together....

I recognize those pics :) Got one on the calendar. Glad to hear the active military are able to enjoy the cg. Will see what it's like when I get through that area - early Jan I think - would love to catch up for a day or two with ya.

my son in law is back there some where doing his final training before heading to Iraq...so dd is going to join him for a long weekend...think they are going to drive up to Alabama for a day trip as they were stationed there for a couple of years...he is in guard but had to be there to be trained in helo piloting...but now the unit his is in isn't flying...he misses that...leaves in November it's good that there are campgrounds that they can enjoy and they love to camp but this trip isn't a camping weekend

Nice to catch up with you, Lori. How great for the troops to RV in comfort instead of what they have been used to - even if they are tenting!
