Update on repairs

Postby jemek » Tue Jul 27, 2010 9:41 am

Well the first person we spoke to...said we had to bring the trailer to them and once they checked it out..if it could be repaired it would be a week out...if not depending on the supplier it could be weeks to get an axle.

Second guy calls.....YIPEE...he will come out tonight about 5-6 pm. Take measurements and look at it. He did say the one shop in town that does straightening is about a week out. Then he also said..with time being of a concern..I could order one and have it here in a day. DH asked about the week thing. He says I have a supplier in Missoula who I get all my axles from. He can even make custom axles for RV'ers who want their trailers to have higher clearance. He says he can do everything ON SITE!!!!

Now can you all wish the gray skies and clouds away.

Thank you for all your encouragement...I am feeling much better this morning. You are right it could have been worse and someday the story will become..then out of no where jumped this stump...right out of the ground.
