Please support the ASPCA in regulating puppy mills: Support PUPS: Strengthen the Animal Welfare Act
Thanks - they might not be able to stop puppy mills - but maybe at least they can be more humane. NOT asking for donations here - just support to help get Congress to pass this bill.
