Okay, I get the drift

uJust read more of the threads on my "Bringing it Home Tomorrow" post and guess I had better start giving you all the nitty gritty details. :)
Yes, I have been busy, with dogsitting (another one), catching up on yard work (also a neighbor who lost her husband's yard next door - over 2 hours grass cutting), tree branch trimming etc.. You know those things that life throws in your path when you are having fun. And yes I was out SHOPPING! Spent a small wad and now have an empty wallet!!!
Trip nome was uneventful. Did find out that I need mirror extensions on my truck mirrors though. Did the walk through with dealer rep etc., found out all the necessary stuff to know. Poked in all the nooks and crannies, hauled out all the stuff that was stored here and there. Got a pile of manuals to read. And I did back it into it's parking space alongside my garage without much trouble, hooray for me. Still learning the art of beackups though. How much gas to get it to swing back etc.... Course then had to have the neighborhood look over session. I love it. Sat in her tonight looking over the cabinets, drawers, etc., figuring out what is going where. First item is going to be cleaning in there with Murphy's Oil Soap.
Had to laugh on way home when I had to wait behind a big MH pulling a boat on trailer and couldn't pull out into traffic cause cars were spaced just far enough apart they couldn't move. Wasn't much traffic, just spaced right. Thought maybe we were going to be camping on the corner there. One does need a LOT of patience pulling out in traffic. And pulling on the Xway and willing the TV to get up speed. Then driving along and feel like you are standilng still. The first trip is JUly 2. Got to get that thing ready. Got two cardboard boxes of "stuff" to put in and one box full of "goodies" from dealer (gloves, sewer hose etc.) Can't wait to get iln there.....

All fine and good - and I'm glad it was an uneventful trip.

By the way - you posted a thread to say you posted another thread. Most of us women look at all the threads in all the rooms. Yeah, some don't - but it's their loss :o Just teasing you. About time you shared!!!
