Birdie's now travels

Postby Birdie » Sun May 30, 2010 9:41 am

Okay, so I am trying to be better about posting pics of where I am and what kind of trouble I am trying to get into. I arrived here at Rusty's RV Ranch just north of Rodeo, NM, Saturday and after getting settled in drove up to Paradise. I didn't take any new pics, but here are some from my late March trip when they had a little snow on the mountains.

The road up to Paradise is curvy. These two photos tell the story.

The end of March they still had snow on the mountains.

Interesting mountain formations.

As it is really warm in the flats, it is nice and cool in the mountains at my friends B and B. I'll be headed up there shortly. Hope all of you on the road are safe and those parked have a great day.

Now I see why you don't take your rig up the road. Safe travels and see you soon.

thanks Birdie for mention of Rusty's, I travel back and forth often on I-10 so will keep this park in mind! Neat pics too, but I didn't see any birds? ;)
