Cougarfan Update

Postby Cougarfan » Sat May 22, 2010 1:44 pm

I've been a busy girl lately. Some of you know I've been house hunting for the last few months and I finally found a great manufactured home in a fabulous park and am going to close on Monday afternoon. I looked initially for a single family home but this home in the park is in great condition and the neighborhood can't be beat. Its also 1000 sq ft which is more than I could find in a stick built. Its been a whirlwind of activity in my life with the 2 week trip with Oregonluvr and trying to finish up the house deal.

At work, we're moving our offices to another location so I've done nothing but PACK for the last month! Packing at home. Packing for the trip. Packing at work...now, all I will be doing is UNpacking LOL Its totally worth it!

Here are a few pictures of the house:

I'm looking forward to the move and hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Congratulations, Laura, as that looks like a really sweet place. Has everything you need and a good location too. Don't work too hard doing the pack/unpack thing. Just remember at home if it doesn't get done, no one will come in and unpack while you are gone. It'll still be there just awaiting on you. Sounds like the location is one that you won't mind traveling away from time to time as everyone watches everyones place. Have fun and take care.

Congrats on the new home. 1000 sq.ft. is plenty big. Enjoy and don't over do the unpacking. Linda

Oh, that looks great - inside and out. I love your green yard. Course, expect that in Oregon, but still :) Just think, very quickly you'll be settled in both at work and home. So nice. Hope it's not far from your new work location, too.

Laura, so glad you found your place. Know you have been looking for sometime. It looks very spacious and in good condition. Have fun making it yours. And don't forget pics as you do it. Has anyone dropped some fish by you lately  Wish we were out there so we'd have some to share. Who knows??? carold
