$2,400.00 later and the trailer is now back home.
The window is replaced.
WE had all the annual maintenance/system check completed.
The stove vent replaced as it had cracked.
All the seals have been scraped and redone.
Rubber roof cleaned and treated, along with trailer getting a good outside cleaning.
The upgrade this year...was Maxx AIR II installed and we upgraded the brake control system. We had what came with the truck and it was low end basic more for utility trailer towing..it has a 6 second response. The new one responds in 2 seconds. That took some getting use to..I was so surprised I could feel the difference.
Replaced the old battery, it was the original one, we upgraded to two batteries last year. So I am happy that we got 3 season out of the one battery.
Replaced the pin that was missing on the hitch..they had a repair kit and were able to fix that. Otherwise we would have to get a new one, as the company that made the hitch went out of business. I was hoping I would not have to do that, as we plan to upgrade to a 5th wheel...in 2012. We will use this trailer 2 more seasons. Then sell it at the end of 2011. Then in the Spring of 2012...look out RV shows.
