2 wonderful days/nites at the beach

Postby cat » Fri Oct 16, 2009 4:19 pm

Pixie and I made our way to So. CA. We stopped for 2 nites at Rincon Parkway in Ventura County. It is right along the ocean and everyone parks parallel to the beach. Wed. was pretty vacant, when I left this morning it was pretty full with big class A's and their slideouts. Pixie had her first taste of the pacific ocean.
I was born and raised in CA, didn't realize how much I missed the ocean since living in NV for the past 13 yrs. With the class B, it looks like I'll make many more trips to the coast next year.
Will try to post pics from my phone. Should have used the camera.
Blessings,

Looking forward to pics, I never could figure out how to get pics off my phone
onto my computer, there doesn't seem to be any place to hook up a cord.

The beach sounds wonderful to me as it is damp and in the mid forties here.

Ava to get pictures from your phone to your computer you e-mail them from phone to computer.

I've camped there many times when DH was still here. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the waves.

Hi Carol - I did get your PM. Glad you finally got my messages.

We have never stayed at the RV spots along the ocean BUT it looks sooooo neat. We have however stopped and had lunch there. AND, you had great weather these last two days. Is it nice weather at your dauther's?

Keep in touch. Would love to hear of your adventures!!

Some day I'll get to camp right on a beach, or next to one. I miss the ocean up here in these beautiful mountains.

That sounds like a wonderful campsite! I'd have loved that.

Sounds wonderful. I could certainly go for a quite, sunny beach right now actually, any time on a beach would be good.
