Hi Beth, Good to see you back but sorry to hear about your difficulties. Good luck with getting your new computer up and running. I've had to send my new Macbook back twice which meant starting over which while a hassle for just my little bit of 'stuff' I can't imagine getting set back up with all the programs your work must require.
