Anne NOPE I dont have any stairs and if I did it is easy to map it as a keep away zone. I did see a video once tho where dog pooped and Roomba spread it all over, also quite the job cleaning the Roomba. However, Roomba now makes a unit that can detect dog poop after some training. People schedule their roomba to clean during the night or when they are at work etc. I was very vigilant with my first Roomba as I saw that poop video so always checked before I ran it. Now Emma is extremely trustworthy Hasnt pottied in the house since she was about 9 months old......but I still only schedule Roomba to run when I am here, ya know there is always a first time for everything.
