I forgot one of our very favorite "weird" combo's stuffed pickles we always have them at Thanksgiving and or Christmas and one that my dad came up with and I've actually seen in the stores so maybe its not so weird he liked cream cheese with crushed pineapple mixed in as a chip dip

I think tomato beers are a Midwest thing. When I bartend I serve a lot of them with dill pickles or olives added. Some people ask for the spicy bloody Mary mix. Called a Midwest Martini. I like them.
