Gas Price Survey

Interesting. Yesterday, when I drove here through Las Vegas, most of the gas stations I had seen in the morning on the GasBuddy site and the map showed prices with a "5" in front of them--a bit more than a dollar per gallon higher than Pahrump where I paid $4.06. I just checked again, and the Maverick station in Pahrump was still listed as $4.06.

But, in looking at the Las Vegas map just now, the vast majority of gas stations are now listed with a "4" in front of the price. I am guessing the average is now $4.59 to $4.75 per gallon! That is a fast change for one day. Also, Bullhead City now has two station at $3.37!!! (Sorry Beth and Pooker!)

Unfortunately, most of California is still solidly in the middle $5.00.
