I looked this up on the internet and was amazed at how complicated these patterns are. One big question: What happens if you make a mistake in the middle and you are several rows past it? Do you have to tear it out, or can you just redo the one row?
They are certainly beautiful, but I can see where it takes not only patience, but good eyesight!

Judy when I first started to make these I made some bad mistakes but I also had a kind teacher who would take the error out ..... it's been awhile since I've made big mistakes... still have to take out some work did today but usually catch my mistakes quickly with in the row anyway... but to answer your question I think it would depend upon the pattern some I think you could do the row other's I think you would have to take it all out to where the mistake was created....

Sheila, that is amazingly beautiful. Like the others have said, you have an extreme amount of patience to do this and I can see why it takes you so long. What a wonderful hobby.

this is actually the crocheted afghan I've been working on and finished awhile ago have started on another one same pattern been making this same ole pattern for years
