The wall press is a good exercise I learned in yoga classes. When you do the exercise push your shoulders back and keep them back while you do the exercise. It is a bit of a trick to do this you will want to roll your shoulders back as you come away from the wall but keep the shoulders back. Don't stand to far away from the wall when you begin 10-12 inches is enough. Also don't place your palms against the wall, press with your fingers press especially with fore fingers and thumbs. If you want to add to the chair exercise after you stand, start to sit but stop and hold for a couple of seconds, then lower yourself down a few inches more and stop for a few seconds then sit.
