Deleting PM's (ingoing and outgoing)

I'm getting messages that say my messages are full. I have deleted messages before with no problem but when I click on my messages, it goes to messages I have replied to in the Morning Coffee, for example. I've clicked on those but there isn't a delete button. Not sure what to do.

People go into their own message accounts; they can delete messages that are no longer important to them. I'm sure there are some old ones in there.

open private messages
check the box (right side) of the messages you want to delete.
In the bottom right corner is a box that says "mark/unmark as important." Click on the word or "down arrow head" and a 2nd choice will pop up "Delete." Click on Delete.
The word Delete should now be in the box, then click "GO" button next to it.
After you push "GO" a screen will pop up to verify you want to delete the messages. Hit "YES" and they're gone.

You can clean up your own IN and OUT box this way.
