Biotin?

Shopping as I type. What is the dosage that I Oh guys use? My nails and hair could use a boost.

Mine is 5000 mcg from Sports Research company I get from Amazon. They make a higher dose at 10,000 mcg but I only took that for the first bottle to boost my system then went back to the 5000 which I'll probably take through July daily then switch to few times a week.
