The house is officially for sale! Yay! Will hit MLS on Friday and then Open House on Saturday. Lots of interest already so hopefully we will have a SOLD sign on it soon!
Also went to see my brother, David, today at the hospital. He is doing a little better every day.
He knew right away who I was. He has lost a lot of weight and he looks tired but was in good spirits. We had a meeting with the head therapy people and got some good news! He is just about ready to be released and will be going to an in-patient facility for three months for intensive TBI therapy so he can function at home. We also met with a woman who is a survivor of Traumatic Brain Injury. She had a lot of interesting things to say about her experience and what we can expect and how to deal with the ups and downs (both his and ours) along the way. I think my SIL (the nice one!) got a lot out of that.
