Sometimes a rant like this gets it out of my system. Totally understand it. My mother couldn't rant and sometimes felt taken advantage of. She'd call me to rant for her when necessary. I did a better job getting her treated fairly than I do myself!

As to service places... I have better luck on the road than stationary. Usually. And I've learned I prefer service places that don't also sell rv's and mobile techs the best.
