Nice pictures -- I was there back when you could still walk amount the dwellings. The pictures show it has changed since then. Hopefully, I will get back there someday, it is a beautiful area.

Rosemary, I understand why they don't allow people in anymore. But, like you, my first trip there we walked among everything. While I still love it there, I don't get the goose bumps quite the same.

And, no, the journey never needs to be boring, Eve. So glad you recognize that and keep taking us along.
