ACA TAX SCAM

Fraudsters are creating false CP2000 notices and emailing them to tax payers along with a bill for unpaid 2015 taxes related to the ACA.

This form asks taxpayers to write a check to the IRS. DO NOT OPEN.

Forward it to phishing@IRS.gov
