Really neat you saw the badger! Nice quiet place for a night. Be interesting to hear what you find in the fairgrounds area to do.

I 2nd that seeing the badger was pretty cool. I've been somewhat fascinated with them since seeing a PBS special. Hard to tell, how big was he (maybe in relation to Thistle).

Large raccoon-size, which is what I thought he was at first glance.

neat picture of the badger...and the thousand spring area is so nice...did you see twin falls...think that is the name...some times they have
one turned off :lol: although shouldn't be irrigating at this time of the summer...

No, didn't go into Twin Falls...my gps bypassed it through the farm roads. Can't wait to see you again...and your new truck!

Liz - You find the most amazing adventures! I always enjoy mentally coming along with you. And a badger encounter bonus. You could almost see him muttering "darn tourists! I gotta move to a more remote neighborhood."
