How quick will your insurance company respond?

About midnight on Tuesday, Feb. 9 the refrigerator caught fire in the MH of some friends at the neighbor park. 10 days later the insurance adjuster finally showed up yesterday! Now the insurance company fire inspector has to come - waiting to see how long that takes! I don't know who arranged it, but just 3 days ago a 5th wheel was brought in for them to move into.

Granted we are in the 'middle of nowhere' - 35 miles east of Quartzsite and about 1 1/2 hours west of Phoenix. I would expect an adjuster within a day or two - even out here. They are insured with Hartford.

I believe their frig was a Norcold but whatever brand, they had all the recall work done.

Wow, this long and Norcold still can't get it right. I'm definately going to get residential fridge if we get a new rig!
Glad the folks survived the fire but what a mess.
