Actually, I owe it to you ladies for getting me started back into what is one of my favorite hobbies, photography. I kind of got away from it till I started with this site and looked at all the lovely pictures that were being posted from different parts of the country. Beutiful, all of them. Decided that perhaps it was time to share some of Michigan with you. We are lucky in that not only do we get to travel in our RV's even if just a quick campout, but we can "arm chair" travel in each other's pictures too. Gives us places to want to go see and also what it's like in other parts of the U.S. besides out backyards. Thank you ladies.

Now, maybe someday Santa will fund me for a new DSLR and then I can get back into the swing of it. Miss my old SLR and all it's different lenses I used to use. But Santa hasn't been here for a few years (family is all gone) So I will save up my pennies. Maybe I can buy one and make it my retirement present to myself next year if all goes well. :D

Manys thanks for the beautiful pictures. I always missed that part of fall when we lived in LosAngeles and Vegas.
The colors here in Brown County, IN are already gone - in fact the leaves are gone. Too long of a dry spell this year. But we did enjoy them while in Elkhart.
