None of this makes sense. I think the root of the problem is that the folks answering the phones, even the supervisors, bear little responsibility. I ask for their name and they are not obligated to give it, or they give only a first name, and even their emails give only first name and last name initial. Most of us are held responsible for every little move or word we speak when it comes to our jobs. And since it's impossible to reach anyone with more authority, you're at a dead end. I suppose that last person I spoke with thought I would be so grateful to have my bill reduced from 976 to 500 that I would happily pay it and stop the merry-go-round.

What irritates me is that we get charged for going even a tiny bit over our data limits but when you look at the data you used it says it is only an estimate.

No one could tell me how I could get exact data usage !!!! They kept talking in circles. I asked how long it takes for them to update these estimates to actuals??? An hour? A day ??

No one would commit to ever giving you actual data, but they certainly charge you ACTUAL money!!
