Places to see

TV is a bit lacking today, then I stumbled on CA Gold with Heuell Hauser on the CA central Coast. I did not know about the farms and wineries there. Checked and they have a website with attached maps. Hope Mel gets better so we can go visit the central coast. Looks like a great area to visit in fall during harvest for wineries and organic farms.

I loved watching Heuell Hauser when I was in California! Loved all his shows! He could make any place sound really interesting! He passed away about a year ago. Such a loss...

Are those the wineries around Santa Barbara? Lots of them near there.

(on edit...I clicked on your link. That area is a bit north of SB. Sounds like a great area up there too! So many interesting places in California to see!)
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

Linda (Rufflesgirl) lives on the central CA coast. She can probably give lots of information on the area.
