Yeah, nasty cold trip down from MA. And I am new to my rig! So much to learn, so freezing to death and trying to figure out my systems. I read the manuals, but some of it isn't helpful, some of it wrong (written for other rv). Have been to CW twice for orientation, but it was nyeah. It's been so cold I've had to constantly keep up with my propane, and the functioning has been spotty. Turns out much of it has to do with propane people not turning the valve back on!! I learned this after having a battery replaced, wires replaced in the propane heater, yada yada. Finally had it and spent the night in a motel last night because nothing was working. I thought I needed major repair, and it's the weekend. Yipe. But a engine service put me in touch with Keith, and it's the best thing that ever happened. Keith looked at the overall picture, and didn't just dive in to fix something that just needed a tweek of a valve. Then Keith gave me the million dollar orientation for a very modest cost. He also gave me hook up if I needed to stay, and pancakes for breakfast since I arrived so early. Everything was so friendly, helpful, and my day and relationship to my rv got totally sorted out. I am so much more confident after this day, Keith went over every system and it all made sense to me after his tour. If you are in NC, Keith is a full service rv fixer at Frazier's Mobile RV Service in Siler City, NC. He's on FB
