Judy, I totally agree.
Most of my stories you don't want to hear. I've spent years volunteering with humane societies and before leaving on the road done years on the board of directors of one. I could talk about the cat a child microwaved, thinking to dry it after washing. Or the city that said it was acceptable for a man to punch a dog as hard as he could in the snout, because his dog is his property.
The cat, while on deaths door, survived. By the time we got the dog, it had brain injuries.
I hope I wasn't misunderstood on this thread either. Words here aren't like discussions in real life and can be misunderstood. My hopes are that all or members understand there is no completely right or wrong in this situation today.
