I have a friend that is selling his Born Free due to health reasons....(he had polio as a child & is having a hard time walking now)..Anyhow, his 2nd love after wife & family, was his Born Free...he has done so many additions & modifications that it is absolutely a beautiful RV with everything you could hope for already installed....it is a 26' rear bath model & garage kept in pristine condition. If this interests you at all, let me know...he has spent around $17K in upgrades alone. It is priced way below where it should be. Anyhow, if interested let me know & I'll provide specifics......

Oh if I were only closer, used Born Frees are almost impossible to find, people don't part with them until they have to. I'm sorry that your friend is unable to keep his.

It is located in Rhode Island which if you are on the East Coast is no problem...I agree with you about the quality & workmanship of the Born Free coaches...they are built to order & built to last. It is the only RV that has roll bars built in at the factory to not only protect the occupants but also strengthen the whole coach. Mine is 14 yrs. old now & still looks new inside & out. This particular one would be perfect for a woman as there is nothing left to do & will last & last. Only mention it here as I personally know the condition & the owner....it is simply beautiful.....and a great buy...
