Technical question

This is probably a dumb question but...is there a way to cut and paste entries made on one forum to another? I really dislike having to do all that twice but I really like both forums I'm on. Please make it simple cos I'm barely computer literate.

Do you know how to copy ? Hold down the left clicker thing on the mouse and highlight the text - then right click and choose "copy" or you can do CTRL C to copy. Go to the other forum and right click and choose "paste" - should be simple pimple !!
