Linda, the Yuma photos were with a little Canon Powershot SX 210 IS. The Dripping Springs (and most of Alaska blog) were Nikon Coolpix 500.

Great pics Anita. I'd love to try riding out in the dunes. Looks like great fun. Even the tarantulas look good.

There are lots of sand dunes in this area (Oceano) Many people ride them with their dune buggies, etc. Think these dunes would be minus trantulas though!!

enjoyed your pictures been to dripping springs although didn't take the walk up to the spring just seemed
to hard to do that day but loved the trip getting there
