Mail Forwarding - Travelling Place to Place

I'm looking for some suggestions on how to handle our mail. We're planning on taking several extended trips (4 to 6 weeks), but will probably not stay in any one spot for longer than a few days.

We're looking for a reliable temporary service that can be turned on and off with ease.
