It's raining in St. Augie & the Mammo was fine

Postby HorizonSeeker » Tue Jan 08, 2013 4:44 pm

Just pulled in to St Johns RV park for one night on the PA rate. Brought some rain with me but it's a light shower so I won't complain. Gotta take my bike to town and get the back tire repaired and will try to see some sights.

Had my yearly mammogram and an ultrasound on the breast that was biopsied last year and everything looks great. I kept saying hey no problem, I'm not worried, but when the tech came back in the room and said it all looks great and see ya next year WWWOOOWWW. I felt like I floated out of there. Guess I was a little worried. Now I am free to just rv down the road. How do I handle all this freedom?

OK, one thing that bugs me is when I pull in to a site and some guy drinking a beer next door starts telling me how to unhook and set up. I try to smile and just be polite but really, if I need your help I'll ask. Sorry, didn't mean to spew. I'll hush now. Off to find that fountain of youth!

Great news and I get Burr by those Gus, too. Sometimes it's hard to just grin and ignore. And they don't like being ignored.

Enjoy!
And I'm right with you concerning that guy... I'm new at this but still dislike anyone watching me doing anything, and I definitely don't want unsoliticed 'help'. except from the gals in this group

YAY! CONGRATS on the good mammo! What a relief, eh? The feeling of goodness is like being able to get out from under a ten-ton truck parked on your back-----whether you consciously realized it was there, or not!

Hope you enjoy St. Augustine----it's one of my most favorite places in the country. See you soon!
