She is an absolute doll. I can't believe how much I love her. She makes me smile everytime I see her. She will sit on the floor and jabber at me, I will jabber back at her, she gets a cute look on her face and we jabber back and forth again. Have no idea what we are saying to each other, but she says it with such expression in her voice and on her face, that I just know she is saying something.
I just know I am gonna be a basket case when she leaves with her mama and daddy on Thursday. Why can't they live somewhere closer rather than California?
Nana will be counting the days until we fly out there for her first birthday in the middle of March.
It has been great having our grandchildren and son here from Missouri too. Makes for a full house.
The boys are 13 and 15, and I swear that they have hollow legs. Never seen kids eat so much and still be hungry 30 minutes later.
As for presents, they brought an empty large suitcase to take things back home and Nana didn't buy large presents. They bought 3 seats so they can have 6 pieces of luggage, plus carry on baggage too. Being in the military, their luggage is free, so they don't have to pay for all the pieces of luggage.
