Well...I am not going to rant anymore...but believe me I could after what went

Yeeeouch! I'm so sorry for your dad. And yes, hospitals can be so slow. I think hospital waiting hours are like dog years. I spent 5 days with a friend there one afternoon. 
But I am sorry your dad got hurt. I wish him rapid and comfortable healing.
