the Terro works good for the ants, at first it appears that you've attracted them but it soon kills them. Haven't had any problems with mice but things
could be different when I get my rv out of storage. But I do know to make sure all the little cracks or holes have foil or steel wool stuffed in them.
For moths, and for storage purposes of course I have all my yarn packed up in very good tubs that have locking handles. So far I haven't had any problems
with moths. (and when I do see one, I kill it right away)

I have always used the plug in things to keep mice out. I went and looked and the name on it is Riddex. I got it at Walmart for about $15. It's supposed to make the electrical wiring a barrier. We never had any mice in our 5th Wheels even while parked in the pasture for the winter. We kept them plugged in all the time, so the device was always on. I used them in our farmhouse too to keep field mice out. I think they work really well. Before we got them, I had mice come in from the fields every fall and winter. After we started using them, I only saw 1 mouse in over 5 years that made it into the house.

My only "pest" problem has been mice. Here at the park they come in looking for food. I put bait under the couch, by the water heater & inside the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. Hate to say, but I don't use those cabinets because the mice come again and again. Kill some, more move in. I'm getting more now that the rig is warm and outside, well, isn't. I expect the mice will go elsewhere after the rig is winterized and VERY cold.
