So excited for you! I know it is exhausting, but so worth it! Cannot wait to hear all about your adventures. And, of course, want to see pictures.

Ellen, you may or may not be able to run ac while plugged into 20 amp. The question will be what else is on that circuit that you'll plug into. And if you do need to turn the ac on, turn everything else off - do not run the microwave, for example. That said, if you're parked in any shade, or have enough breeze, that 89 probably won't last long. I ran my ac the other day when it hit that - for about an hour - had the heat on later in the evening, and the next morning.

Have a great time - and can't wait to meet you and Joy.

Don't panic! :D Take your time acquiring what you need, after you have purchased the basics. Most of all, have fun! :D

Congrats on your new RV! Lots of good suggestions have been provided so it looks like you are off to a great start. Ditto about lists being useful and taking your time with getting everything.

Take care!

Ellen, just know an RV is a junk magnet and junk is junk whether I live in 250 or 1700 square feet. Now that I've passed on/thrown out so many "treasures" from my house, I'm hoping it now will be easier to pare down my MH.

Yeah, right! Good luck with that Janice. I've been trying to do that for years!
