Ok maybe you all can help or know where to seek ideas from

when I was in SLC all was well with my propane tanks got to Tetonia and finally decided

to hook them up turned them on and smelled propane so sense when inside I smell propane it usually means that its low I took one tank in and had it filled he said it's not empty feels fairly full don't think it was even 1/2 empty explained what I did he said sounds like a vapor lock so I told sil and he looked at me funny like what is that...so long story short I still don't have the propane hooked up good thing my refreg works on electricity its one of the many things that dh did and when son went with me to fill the tanks he would hook them up so I've never really done it...so my middle dd just started working for a propane shop and I started to ask her to ask what I need to do about a vapor lock and she said that she over heard someone asking they said to turn it on and off fast for several times then to turn it on slowly so tried that a couple of times still won't light I go in and try lighting the stove no nothing and still smell fumes so turn it off been here sense the middle of July and not been able to use the stove would like to so I could heat water to wash dishes occasionally I eat in with the family and so it isn't really a big problem other than would like to fix some hot cereal in am or like I said heat water to wash the few dishes I do dirty easier than packing it from inside the house

so any ideas???

If you are smelling propane you must have a leak somewhere. Take it in and have the system checked.
