Hi Karen,
Glad to see you made it over here. This is a really friendly bunch - and nosy - and likes pictures - so share anything you'd like.

You say you can't travel for a bit - but would it be possible to take Mom with on short trips? Lots of us in or around TX and we'd love to meet you if you can. In fact, there's a TX GTG coming up just next week in Hill Country - make sure you go to our room for get togethers - and if you can come - even for a day - we'd love to have you.

Make yourself at home here - and be careful, it gets addicting.

Hey Magee! Welcome, so glad you traveled your way in. :D

Grab a chair next to the campfire and grab whatever suits you taste buds. We're a pretty good bunch in here and well? The more the merrier. LOL

Welcome Magee. Seems like we keep attracting and the forum gets bigger and bigger. :D :D We love having new members, with their own stories and, of course, pictures. There are all sorts of ways to travel, so come along for the ride-you never know what you might find. Good luck with your mom. Caregiving is both rewarding and taxing, so support is always great, in any form. carold

Hey Karen

Glad you made it over here too from ORS. I miss chatting with ya in CHAT. I havent been on ORS much but do read the boards. This one is much more active and some great ladies on here.

Im working in Oregon right now, getting ready to head to Eureka, CA for another assignment the middle of December. We will have to "catch up" one of these days.

Welcome Magee! This forum has lifted my spirits many a time when I couldn't travel. I would travel vicariously with others and made many plans for my own future travels, a dream I am living now. I try to share my travels here because I so enjoyed others while I was not able. So we hope you'll join us vicariously and share your rving history and aspirations with us.
