Good Morning:
I just joined this site and this is my first post. I joined the site to get some ideas on rvs and to learn from the forum. I retired from Civil Service almost five years ago, bought my 'dream house', and found myself terribly bored. So I thought I fix boredom and go back to work for Civil Service. Well, I am writing this from Tongduchon, S. Korea, about 20 miles from the DMZ and N. Korea. I work here for the U.S. Army. The adjustment curve has been tough, especially the winter when I walk my dog at 6 A.M. prior to going to work in 6 degree weather. Smile. I have decided that when my year is up, I will come back to the States and fullfill a dream - namely becoming an RV woman.
Since I don't have an rv yet, I hope that it is o.k. to be on this forum. I just would like to learn as much as I can. I am thinking of buying a Class B, and need to learn everything I can. Would love to hear from you.

I thought about an RV for a long time before I actually got one, but then the actual purchase was really an impulse. It's a good thing to figure out what you want while you don't have an opportunity to plunk down the bucks
And I just joined this group this weekend as well, even though I've had my trailer for about a year and a half.
This seems like a great group of women here.

Welcome.
Don't worry about not having an RV. I joined the forum in Jan 2009 without an RV or any camping experience. Just bought my first RV in Jan 2012; don't even get to pick it up until late Feb. The women here have been a great help and provided all the encouragement one could hope for in such an under taking. Hope it doesn't take you as long as it did me to make the leap.
