I wanted to say hello,

This is a wonderful forum!

Me and the hubby can't get enough RV time, we are leaving for Florida for the winter in the middle of Dec.

Right now we have a truck camper, a Lance, which is perfect for the 2 of us, but may be a little small for extended stays.

I think that may change.

I had a problem with uploading my avatar picture from photobucket, can anyone help, there is no option to upload it from my HD.

Charlene

welcome Charlene, I had a hard time with my avatar as well, but I DID finally get it.
I don't remember what it was that I did, but I know one of our more computer
savvy gals will be along and help. I'm looking forward to pics of your rig too.

Hi Charlene and welcome to the forum. I think there are a couple of other women on here that have truck campers. What area of the country are you in? I'm guessing somewhere cold since you're heading to FL for the winter!

To get the info on posting pics you can to to the Maint/Tech thread that has the info on posting pics here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=144

EDIT: Hey you did it, good job, I can see you!

Welcome Charlene. The photobucket instructions are in the Technical/maintenance section. You will copy and paste the information in your Profile in the User Control Panel. Lots of information that tells you about size, etc.

Now to the rest of the stuff. Where are you now? and what part of Florida will you be headed to? We are having a little GTG near Ocala, at Silver Springs State Park in late January. See info on that in the Get Together section. Sistahs need to know this stuff ya know. Like fur babies that will be traveling with you?

Always it is not surprising to get the idea that you might enjoy a bigger rig after you have tried a little one. I tried a 17' TT and decided this was way too much fun and I'd need something bigger. You will enjoy all the zany and crazy sistahs on here. Again Welcome Aboard.

Hi, Charlene, and welcome to the Forum. We'll look forward to getting to know you better.
I'm going to have to Google a Lance...

I see you got your avatar up! Good job. Only thing you need to change is its dimensions - should be 69W x 90H - then you won't look stretched.

Post whenever and wherever you feel like...

Florida for the winter - I'm envious...

And make sure to check out the FL gtg. Hubbies are welcome.

Glad to see you jumping right in. Keep doing so - on any thread you feel an urge to - or start some of your own.
