Hello everyone
My name is Sherry
I am from Ocala FL and camping for the first time in 10 years.
I have a small Scamp which I just bought from someone on Ebay.
Hope to get a real RV by first of the year.LOL
I travel with my scottie Bella ,I am in Deming NM right now where I've met
Karen and Marlene two really nice women.
My goal is to travel for a while and enjoy the RV lifestyle
and learn everything I can about rving.
I am enjoying my second childhood.

Looking forward to posts and pics. I'm spending the winter in Sarasota and there are a few others here that are in FL at least part of the year so if you're coming back this way, give a holler. carold

Welcome aboard......and now don't mean talk your little Scamp. You will find that none of us measure fun and travel adventure by the size of our vehicle or, gulp, tent. It is all about our dreams and our finding journeys everyday, even when our wheel don't/can't move. The laughter helps, too.......

glad you made it to the forum Sherry. I will try to catch you today to give you the official Flamingo wineglass. Pictures to follow. I'm just spreading joy (and wineglasses) everywhere I go.

Don't fret about your Scamp, I just saw one this summer and think it's a great rig. Don't be in too much of a hurry to move on. Small is beautiful!

Hi, Sherry, and welcome!!
Where I store my RV I saw what I thought was a Scamp. Turned out to be a Burro. I hadn't ever seen one of those, but looked just like the Scamp. I tried every window to see inside but all curtains were drawn.

ha ha ha! that sounds like me,, peeking in the windows of an RV!

ive always thought those were cute! ! ! ! never heard of a burro! next time take a pic and post it??
