Sorry I let my membership lapse. It was a busy summer... but it has wound down and I find I'm home A LOT more.... Be seein' ya'll on here frequently... BTW, I have a new addition to the family. I'm not on my computer where I have pictures. His name is Jasper and he's a rascal..... He has me wrapped around his furry little paw ..... ;>

Yes, I lost my Cammie in Feb..... it was hard since she had been part of the family for nearly 17 years.... It took a while for me to think about getting another kitty, but I couldn't resist Jasper.

I have a VR1. I'm still working (can't afford to retire and it's just not time yet.....). There should be pics in the file for the VR1.... Although, I have a few new ones at the KY River Campground where it resides. I try to get there on weekends to enjoy, altho, last week I went down on Wednesday night and came home Thursday. I managed to work from there on Thursday. That was good. It was REALLY different being there during the week. There was NO ONE there! It was kinda weird.... I don't own a tow truck. Can't move the thing if I wanted to...lol

I'm trying to sell the house (had a showing this morning) and will try living in the VR1 for a while.... I hope to retire in 5 years and live in it, so we'll see...... The only issue is I live in northrern KY and the winters can be hard, especially in Jan/Feb..... March it starts thawing, but at least it isn't the East Coast!! My sister had an AWFUL winter last season in MA.

I've lost my avatar/signature and pics of the furbabies..... I have two dogs, now Jasper the kitten and a frog..... That may help to jog a few memories...

I am sorry to say I don't what a VR1 is? If it's really cold in Jan. and Feb., and you sell your house, can you stay warm in a VR1? I am one who is always in the dark about many things that are called by initials and numbers-----call me abbreviation handicapped----I truly am at a loss when people use even common initials that 'everybody' should know. It is a real problem of mine, and, unfortunately, one I don't wish to remedy by keeping a cheat sheet list of common abbreviations next to me. Part of my problem is that I don't want to know things by letters only----what can I say? I am stubborn and initial oblivious!

Anyway----great to have you back and with Jasper to fill a void made by Cammie!

I did a quick search for VR1 and it is a particular model of Keystone RV. Interesting V-shape on front. If you click on the Gallery you will see the kitchen in the front in the V configuration. Different to look at from outside, but I think I like the inside a lot! So, Soos,... think of it like this,... you have a Hideout by Hornet,.... perhaps even by a larger company,.... VR1 is a division of Keystone. I've been looking at Passport by Keystone, well, before I traded for the Rockwood.
