Hi, I'm Eve, from beautiful Charlottesville, VA, just down the road from Shenandoah Nat'l Park. I recently bought a 1999 Coach House van and am new to RV'ing, having tent camped from Florida to Alaska (in my younger, more energetic days). A former teacher, technical writer, Space Station project manager with Boeing at Kennedy Space Center, I retired early four years ago and have done what I love best -- travel! Now that I've gotten some of the international places off my long list, I'm looking forward to some leisurely exploring of the US.

So glad to have found this forum, its wonderful women and collective wisdom. I'm sure, with my "new" old girl van and RV inexperience I'll have lots of questions.

Welcome to the forum from SW Ohio....I'm not always here but it is the area where I grew up. Mostly I like to head down the road and do what you are ready to do, explore the lands around us.
