Hi y'all I just joined

I'm brand new to RVing. Just purchased my little dream Winnebago Rialta. I've looked at ads for years, finally found The One! I'm a widow , recently retired and want to travel mostly to Tx and Ok to see grand kids. I bought a home in Maine last year, but don't plan to spend another winter like that one. So I get 5 or 6 months to use it. Any other Grannies out there with advice? I do occasional contract nursing jobs so thought this would be great for that as we'll. I'm picking it up in Phoenix next month after I finish my contract here in Maine. Excited and a little worried, my first interstate RV trip.

I've got family in Austin and Oklahoma City. Plan to spend most of winter near Austin. Any travel nurses on here that RV to jobs? I can't see how you put your photos on here...anyone drive Rialta? I'm brand new to the RV world.

My mother had a sister named Johnnie. You are the only other one I have ever heard of. Welcome to the forum.

My first RV was a Winnebago LeSharo. It had the same body as the Rialta but a different engine. It was easy to drive but didn't have much storage. I bet there is a Rialta Forum that you could get a lot of information from.

I am from South Louisiana but camp in Texas as much as I do in Louisiana. There are a few members around Texas.
