Hi All,
I just found the board while researching some things for my camper and decided to join. Looks like a nice forum and quite timely since I just brought my Lance Lite camper home last weekend. I am a trail rider and plan on doing a lot of horse camping this season. I decided it was time to have some kind of RV again and really missed having the ability to get out and camp comfortably. Not a spring chicken any more so no more roughing it. Gotta have that soft place to sleep, something that resembles a kitchen and the all important bathroom.
Looking forward to getting to know you!
Here are some pics, hope this works, of me and my mare Sierra and of course, my home away from home.

Hoosier Welcome
Out of curiosity, why the TC instead of a gooseneck horse trailer with the "apartment"? More flexibility of use with the TC? The horse trailers seem to be built better than the RVs.
Once again, welcome.

Welcome to the forum. I have friends in Oregon who take their horses camping some of the time and they have one of the horse trailers with apartment up front. However I can see why it is good to have camper plus horse trailer. At times she may want to go camping without hauling a horse trailer.

Hi Thanks for the welcome! My choice was mostly for practical reasons. I do camp without my horse sometimes and really like my current horse trailer. The LQ horse trailers are nice but very expensive. I like not having payments so the camper seemed the perfect solution.

Hi from Illinois. I'm
geographically challenged.
What or where is PNW? Sierra's a cutie. Looks like she's got some personality.
Used to be a trail rider myself and often thought that during retirement, I'd do the horse camping thing thru the country, but for now, just figureng out the camping thing.

Welcome from Texas. Where in the PNW (Pacific Northwest) are you? I have a granddaughter on Whidbey Island, a daughter in Redmond and I grew up in Burien (outside of Seattle). I miss the green.

I have a home just south of Seattle but also have a farm in eastern WA. My hubby passed two years ago so I brought my horses with me until I decide it's time to retire. Just now getting to the point where I feel like getting out of my rut and enjoying some recreation again. I am really looking forward to spring!

Thanks for answering my question Happy Camper. Lived in the Bremerton area for a couple of years courtesy of the USN. Pretty area but it has changed a lot since the mid 80's when I was there.

Welcome to the forum. Think you will enjoy hauling your horse out for a weekend and having a comfy "house" on wheel waiting for you at the end of the trail.....

welcome
so glad you found us and love the pictures.
I had horses for many years back when I was married, but not more.
I have friends and relatives up in WA and hope to make a trip up there later this year. But time will tell if the jello takes.
