Old RV, New RVer

Hello everybody!
I am brand new to the RV world. I just bought a 97 Holiday Rambler Endeavor LE and I already LOVE it. I bought the RV in Phoenix AZ and had to drive it all the way back to Manhattan, Kansas right after I bought it. I didn't know a thing about RVs before I headed out, but I can tell you that I learned a lot on the quick two-day trip. I had some hiccups, and quite a few learning experiences, but I feel that I learned things so much more quickly this way. It was kind of a sink or swim sort of situation. I can proudly say that I made it home with my two fur-babies in one piece, and the RV in only two pieces:) That's a story for another time. I have some work to do on the rig, both inside and out, but it is the most exciting thing I have done. I will be retiring from the US Air Force in a year and a half and plan to be a full timer until I get bored or the money runs out, hopefully neither of those occur! I look forward to reading your threads and hope that I can learn from everyone's experiences. Merry Christmas!
