Thanks for the advise and the warm welcome. On a whole, we need very little. I have a quote on my frig "a man is wealthy not according to what he has, but according to what he can do without". I think thats the subliminal message that I'm trying to teach my children. I also think that's what I enjoy most about being on the road for an extended amount of time, you come home and look at your "stuff" and think "why do I have a collection of those"? The best time to de-clutter your house is when you first come home. Thanks again, I'm trying to get my "affairs in order" (pre-paying bills and such, plotting a path, ect). P.S. As far as necessities sometimes I feel a glass of dry red wine ranks right up there with occasional electric/sewer and fresh water
