@ Linda: Thanks for sharing my bummed-ness! But in the end, I got a lot done on Saturday afternoon/evening that would not have gotten done if Foo Foo had been in the driveway. So this weekend, I will have no real things to do except investigate Foo Foo, so all in all, it was a good thing. (Can you tell I have a bit of "Little Mary Sunshine" in me...?) How are the feet by the way? I haven't read other postings yet tonight; perhaps you've already scribbled down your Sunday experiences...I'll scroll around and take a look.

@ KD: First, thanks for calling me "delightful"; that's a first! HA... I looked up your trailer...looks like a really nice floorplan. And no worries about "potty talk," as I know nothing WRT this new adventure with an RV. If you want to know how to get from Germany to Cairo, Egypt, I can probably help. I can also convert many foreign currencies to US dollars; but I can honestly tell you that I'm not sure I totally get the black and grey tank dumping sequence, but i WILL have it down before the first real road trip. Any time you wanna weigh in with any (and I mean ANY) advice, please feel free!

To everyone: Have a great evening and a better tomorrow...

Li...Glad you are taking the delay well ;) As for the black/gray tank sequence....Just remember black is poopy water and you want to dump it first, then chase it out of your sewer hose with the gray water (sink and shower water). I like to flush several toilets full of water while I'm draining the black tank. I also have a sprayer next to my toilet that I spray down there and it seems to help get the yuck off the sides of the tank for a more accurate gauge reading. I usually back flush with a device for that, but I need a new hose so I can do that again. I usually leave my gray tank valve open for a week or two while my black tank is filling. Just makes life easier for me. I close it a day before I want to drain my black tank to fill it enough to chase out that black water.

My feet did survive the weekend. Not used to standing on cement all day, though. Not sure what this weekend has in store, but pretty sure I don't want to work for the same guy again. May be talking to a neighbor here who works for a different guy for a dollar more per hour. Continuing my job search.
