Welcome, Maggie...We started out full-timing in a 17ft. hybrid camper in 2004...have grown up to a 30ft. 5th wheel....so starting small helps you to learn all about the Rving life and also keeps life interesting when sharing the space with the DBF....(or in my case, the DH Jump in anytime....and we love photos....

Welcome, Maggie! As Beth said, there are a lot of us in TX this winter. Too bad you can't make the TX gtg, but maybe you can meet up with some of us soon. I have been to Caprock Canyon SP....loved it there.

Hi Maggie,

You sound like me. I work summers, so my trips are just quick couple of overnighters a couple of times a month Been hauling a small Rockwood Mini Lite around for a coupe of summers now. Getting ready to retire in a couple of years, so am thinking of changing rigs and hit the road at least during the summers.
